This set of dungeon tiles is unusual in that it includes 4 sheets of dungeon terrain tiles and 2 sheets of tokens to represent spell effects, magical traps, and elemental hazards. Dungeon Masters can use these tiles and tokens to quickly and easily create locations within elemental and settlements, including drow cities.
These tiles and tokens are suitable for any Dungeons & Dragons campaign and are compatible with past and future Dungeon Tiles sets. This set gives Dungeon Masters additional location-building options.

This is one of the better sets to come out in a while, with some nice pieces not seen since Dire Tombs, and some pieces plain not seen ever.
There is a nice angled corridor piece that was previously only @published in Dire Tombs. One side is a nice stone corridor and the other is a narrow path. Nice.
Also, there are a lot of angled pieces that have never been seen before. They will really make a dungeon more organic and less a feat of 90 degree angels, which is a problem Dungeon Tiles has had.
The sheet of tokens is very nice too. Now you can easily do you wall of ice, fire, brush and even spikes or blades. Some tokens can represent familiars or summoned creatures also.
Overall an A+ set and I should get my second set tomorrow, I hope.

When I ordered this, I halfway expected it to be like every other 'dungeon' type tile set that was released, and figured at the worst, hey, I have more stone pieces for an epic dungeon layout. However, when I got this set and opened it I was excited to see that although the first two pages of tiles are standard dungeon, the reverse has cool things like a giant smoketrap room, and diagonal hallway pieces which I LOVE, and a whole page of monster-token like pieces that are various traps and such, which has been sorely needed.
The only complaint I had was with Amazon, and that's because the package came in with a huge dented scratch on the first tile that I didn't notice until I had already eagerly pulled off the plastic wrap. I already submitted package feedback on that, so I am not discounting the review of the product because of Amazon's error.

A fantastic addition to the dungeon tiles collection.

First off, you should know that while you can build a (small) complete dungeon with only this, I would recommend against it. But, if you already have the Dungeon Tiles: The Dungeon set, then you're golden. This set (as far as I know) introduces diagonal tiles, which is a great way to add some variety to your traditionally rectangular dungeons. There's also a whole sheet of round tiles for everything from the mage hand spell and lighted runes to bushes, mushrooms, and busted doors. So you lose a sheet to that, but it does allow you to add more variety to non-special tiles. All in all, a great addition to a great set of accessories.

This is a great expansion set if you already have a lot of generic dungeon tiles. No complaints with this one. It comes with many unique pieces allowing for angles hallways and room with unique shapes. As usual with Wizard's tiles, I recommend buying 2 copies of the set for full usefulness.
