著者について
Yvonne Padilla is an accomplished PMC artist, jeweller and member of Rio Grande's Technical Support team, who regularly answers crafters' questions about metal clay. A tireless instructor, Yvonne has taught numerous classes at the Gem & Mineral Show, Bead & Button and Bead Fest. Yvonne was one of the first artists in the USA to work with bronze clay.

OK for beginners in metal clay

Yvonne Padilla offers basic metal clay jewelry making instructions using Bronzclay. Having experience in this medium, I found it too basic for my needs. The designs are beginning level, and easy to make. The introduction to the particulars of Bronzclay were not as thorough as they perhaps should have been. Use it for simple pieces that will usually not encounter firing problems.

Bronze Metal Clay by Yvonne M. Padilla is a wonderful how-to book for the advanced and beginner jeweler. I loved the easy to follow instruction in creating all of the unique jewelry designs. Yvonne M. Padilla has a very unique style and this instructional book will start you making beautiful jewelry pieces from the get-go. 5 stars!

This is a great reference for those interested in bronze clay. My wife and I have used it to guide us through our first firing with much success! Highly recommended.
