   76年のデビュー以降、94年までにリリースしたオリジナルアルバムはわずかに4作品！　かなりのマイペースぶりだ。しかし、そのいずれからもインパクトのある名曲、ヒット曲を生みだしているところはスゴイ。
   次回作は、いつになることやら。あるのかないのかもわからないが、とにかく待つとしよう。（春野丸緒）

BOSTONのベストアルバム、録音の質が少し差があるとはいえ、
かなり一貫しているので、聞きやすいうえに、
音量が合わせてあり、オリジナルアルバムでそろえるよりは、
手始めには効率よさそうだが、なんと言っても、
ハズレが無いのがBOSTONのこだわり音楽の売りだから、
コレが気に入ったら、ファーストから順番にそろえましょう、
もちろんこのべスト収録曲もハズレ無し！
オリジナルアルバムそろえるのも数が無いことだし、
さ、気に入ったら揃えてしまいましょう！！
そうなるとちょっと必要性がなくなっちゃうので☆三つです。

BOSTONってどんな音作ってるの？
ってときに、オススメするのがこれ。
これを聞けばBOSTONの凄さがわかります。
20年に及ぶBOSTONの歴史で作られた楽曲はごくわずか。
一曲にかける時間と精神を手っ取り早く味わうならこれです。

おいいな、って思ったら1stを買いましょう。
20年前の曲とは思えない音に出会えます。

ボストン、新作早く出してくれ~と願っているのは、ロックファンには数万人といるはず。八年に一枚ずつのペースって、、、。このアルバムは名前の通りベストアルバムであり、ボストンって一体？と思っている人には最適の入門アルバムとなるはず！ハードなメロディーからバラードまで歌い上げるボストン。一曲一曲が丁寧に作られていて、聞いてて心地の良い音楽が多い！是非この一枚を皮切りに、ボストンの世界にどっぷりとハマって欲しい！
