5.0 out of 5 stars 稀代のストーリー・テラー、馬場節全開。物語性いっぱいの１枚。, 2007/8/15
　豊かな物語性と温かい言葉。前作「鴨川」で完成を見たスタイルに磨きをかけた１枚。
　リラックスしたムードのtr2「ブルー・コーヒー」、ひたすら優しいtr6「愛のうたを歌いたい」、同年代（昭和４２年生まれ）の郷愁を誘うtr7「ダディーズ・ソング」、そして名曲「鴨川」のように哀しすぎるtr13「しあわせになるために」。どれもが短編小説のような世界観を構築しています。
　普通の「J−POP」とは完全に一線を画しています。「ノリ」ではなく「言葉」を大切に大切にする真摯な姿勢に好感が持てます。

スティーブンビショップの名アルバム『Ｂｉｓｈ』にテイストが似ているなと思いました。
心を打つ歌を書き唄う馬場さんは、ライブやブログでは笑いに厳しい大阪人を爆笑させる程のハイレベルなホゲマインド、天然ユーモア素材の持ち主ですが、そんな馬場さんのユーモア感覚が何曲かの歌詞に散りばめられたアルバムです。もちろん胸を打つ詞、メロディも健在。恋愛の終りに直面している人、終りを予感している人は『時間』『しあわせになるために』は号泣必至。
聴いてみたい方、さあ、注文です。馬場さんのアルバムは中古屋で安く売られることはない（手放す人はいないということ）。ＧＥＴするなら、ＡＭＡＺＯＮだ！（タワレコでもライブ会場でも買えますが･･･）

他のレビュアーの方も書いておられるように、全体を通して
馬場さんの音楽がしっかりと固まり、ブレの無い素晴らしい内容です。
正直、レンタル店や中古ショップで散々探して見つけることが出来ず、
ついには購入してしまいました。

全体でゆったりした雰囲気の曲の中で、2曲ほど胸をしめつけられるような
悲しいバラードが。
「時間」という曲は前作の「鴨川」に通じる切なく悲しい恋を描いています。

馬場さん、悲しい恋を経験してきたんだなぁ…経験なしの想像で描ける内容では
ありえない圧倒的な描写力。スゴイ。
「鴨川」に涙したヒトには必涙の名曲です。
この曲目当てで買ってもＯＫと言ってもいいかも？

「鴨川」と共に、メジャーでこの曲が日の目を見ることがあると良いなぁ。
