雑誌を見ながら家でヨガをやっていた私。「ちゃんと出来ているかなぁ」と不安で、何かＤＶＤを買おうと思い、雑誌などで活躍中の吉川めいちゃんが出演とあってコレに決めました。再生して、まず映像の可愛さに驚き。更に驚いたのがそのポーズごとの説明！かなり親切です、コレ。よく解らなかった呼吸も、「呼吸音」のみの音声で納得しました。「イージーオプション」なるものもあり、ちょっと無理っぽいポーズも簡単にアレンジされていて、うちの母にも好評です。ＤＶＤの中でchama先生が言う「無理をしない勇気も大切です」の優しい一言で、飽きっぽい私も無理なく続けていけそうです！！

　子供が小さくてスタジオには通えないので購入しました。　半年ほど雑誌を見ながら練習して、多少のポーズは覚えていたのですが、呼吸法と流れがいまいちつかめずにいたのですが、これは大ヒット！　汗をいっぱいかいて、ほんとうにきれいになれそうです。　購入して日が浅いけれど、はまっています。

ヨガ講師の私が言うのもなんですが、初心者の方には
DVDを見ながらだと、ついて行けないでしょうね。
1年くらい、少なくても半年、ヨガを習われた方なら
大丈夫だと思います。
個人的には、めいさんが
大変しなやかで美しく見ているだけでも
気持ちよくなれるDVDだと思います。
私はBGMがわりに流してたり楽しんでいます。

解説も分りやすいと思いますよ。
