インスパイリング・エクササイズが気に入って予約購入しました。
付属のＤＶＤはまだ観ていないのでわかりませんが、本の内容は
ほとんどダブっていました。違ったのは卒乳後のエクササイズと
股関節をゆるエクササイズがあることでしょうか？

既にインスパイリング・エクササイズをお持ちの方は必要ないと思います。

タイトルにインスパイリング・エクササイズ２とあったので、私は勝手に
前回よりもバージョンアップした内容が載っているのではと期待してしまい
ました。

サブタイトルを「インスパイリング・エクササイズ２」ではなく
ちゃんと「妊娠中と産後のためのインスパイリング・エクササイズ」と
していただければよかったと思いますので、★４つです。

1冊目の本を購入して持っています。
まだ始めたばかりなので効果は実感していませんが、
ただ、1冊目の本を持っている方はこの本を購入する必要はないと思います。
内容は1冊目とほぼ同じです。
2ということで勝手に別メニューを期待して購入してしまい、ちょっとガッカリです。
でも、全体的にかわいらしい感じに仕上がっているので、
これから出産する方へのプレゼントにするならいいかな。

2.0 out of 5 stars DVDの進め方が･･･, 2007/6/14
よくないと思います。
映像で「ここで10秒数えます」と言ってますが、10秒を待たないうちに、次の動作に入ったり、
「反対側も同じようにします」と言うだけで、反対側は省略し、その動作は終わったりで、
進みがかなり強引で早すぎると思います。何だか取り残された生徒の気分になりました（苦笑）。
見てる側も一緒にできるような作りにしてくれると良かったです。
リモコンを近くに置き、映像を止めては繰り返し、止めては繰り返し･･･状態でする羽目に
なったので、最初の簡単な動作だけで、既にやる気が失せてしまいました。

まぁ、たくさんの動きを一枚のDVDに収めないといけないので、仕方がないとは思いますが。
値段をあげて、分かりやすく丁寧なDVDを作ってもらえるほうが良かったです。
