絶賛が続いていたが、物凄く期待はずれだった。

ここまで評価と内容に差があると、至極不自然。
利害の絡んだ人間の作為性までも感じてしまう。

テクニックはある程度的を得ていると思うが、
羅列しているだけで、読者目線での編集はなされていない。

TOEICの専門家としての経験が浅い著者にしては健闘しているとは思うが、
キム・デギュンのような、ポイントを絞ったテクニック本
と同列の評価と言うのはいささか疑問である。

しかし、内容は悪くはなく、やれば多少の力は付くと思う。

評価が少し辛口になったが、ある程度の品質はあり、
あくまでもキム・デギュンとの相対比較であると理解して欲しい。

全体的によく研究されており、ストラテジーもよくまとまっていてわかりやすいのですが、Part4はどう贔屓目に見ても易しすぎます。こんな簡単な問題はいくら何でも本番にはでないでしょう。このセクションだけストラテジーもどことなくうさんくさいものが多い印象も受けました。
しかしながら、Part3までは非常に内容が濃く、満足のいくものでした。
10日は少し無理がありますが、2週間そこらあれば一通りできる量です。あまりテストを受けた経験のない方には、良著だと思います。

4.0 out of 5 stars ＴＯＥＩＣはゲーム感覚で解ける錯覚に, 2007/1/15
パート４が易しいという指摘がありましたが、その通り。易しすぎます。ここの解説だけ手を抜いている感じがします。それ以外は、ストラテジーを読み、インプットをし、問題でアウトプットをするという理想的な配置になっていて、解説もとても丁寧で、講義を受けている楽しさがあります。私は一夜漬けでこの本を終わらせ、テストにのぞみましたあが、ゲーム感覚で解ける楽しさを覚えた為、本番でも全く緊張しないですみました。ただ、欲を言えば、ニュージーランドの癖のある発音をもっといれて欲しかった。この本では、イギリスとアメリカ（カナダ）の三種類くらいしか感じませんでした。
