Kathryn Kipp is Acquisitions & Development Editor for North Light Books. In her 25-year career as an art instruction book editor, she has produced more than 200 titles, specialising in fine art and decorative painting. Kipp lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I purchased it because one of my instructors was in it as one of the landscape painters. The book came and it is beautiful. I leave it out for friends to look over when they come over. I find it interesting what each of the artists has to say about their process. It's a very interesting read and I would recommend it on many levels.

I highly recommend this book for anyone who loves beautiful art. The collection is varied and the questions that were asked of the artists help give insight into their work. As an artist myself, I appreciated the artist interviews and the beautiful reproductions of their work.
