photoshopでイラストを描く人にとってはかなりお勧めです。
なぜか無かった描画回転ツールもCS4でやっとついたので大満足です。

それ相応のマシンスペックも求められますが

イラストを作成するため、ずっとPhotoShopを使用しています。
PCの買い替えを機に、今回PhotoShopも7.0からCS4に思い切って買い替えをしてみました。

ズームを100％にしなくても滑らかでキレイな線を引く事が出来、絵全体を見ながら作業が出来るようになり大変重宝しています（細かい所は流石にズーム拡大で行う必要がありますが…）
ウィンドウはタブで切り替えできるようになり、複数のウィンドウを開いての管理が楽になりました。

ただ、他のアプリケーションを同時に起動すると、時々動作が遅くなったり、ツールが選択できなくなる（手のひらツールの状態で他ツールに切り替えできない）問題が起こりましたが、PhotoShopやグラフィックボードドライバのバージョンアップデートを行う等の対処で何とか改善されました。

↑の問題も改善されれば、今まで使用していた7.0よりも随分と使いやすい代物だと思います。
線がキレイなので、デジコミ制作でも十分に使えます。

大変高いモノなので、用途と機能を良く調べて購入すると良いです。

PhotoshopElementsを使用していましたが写真の整理機能がだんだん低下していくので、
この度初めてCS4を購入しましたが全く整理機能がなくがっかりしました。
