この型の腹筋マシーン（？）が欲しかったので購入しました。

足を当てるスポンジが弱いので
長期間に渡って本格的にやりたい方にはオススメしませんが、ちょっとやってみたいな。
という程度での購入動機なら充分にコストパフォーマンスに優れている製品だと思います。

個人的にはかなり気に入っております。

後、一度しっかり実寸を確認すること
折りたたんだ状態でのサイズは（幅34×奥行131×厚み20cm）ぐらい
思っていたよりもコンパクトにならないよーな気も･･･　orz

身長177cm、体重75kgの私が毎日使っても、十分に丈夫です。
一人でイスに座ってゆっくり組立てをして３０分弱です。
ネジは、まず仮締めして本体の形を整えてきっちり本締めした方が強度が増して良いです。
ランニングと筋トレで東京マラソンに挑戦します。

買ってすぐ使用しましたがなかなかいいです
角度調節の穴が多く、使いやすい角度で、無理なく鍛えれます
応用して、腕や背筋も鍛えると思います


しかし、見た目通り場所をとります
部屋がせまいと結構場所をとります
使用すると、自分に合わないのかもしれませんが、膝裏が痛くなります

その辺りをふまえたで購入されることを願います
