1ヶ月くらいCDを聞いてみましたので、その感想です。

気分が普通〜良い時に聞けば、さらに良くなるかもしれません。
でも、本当に気分が悪い時は−−会社でかなり落ち込んでしまったのですが−−、
そのことを考え続けてしまい、正直、これといった効果は感じられませんでした。

やはり、自分の思考で自分の気持ちを良い方向に引っ張るという努力は必要かと思います。

「これを聞けば気分が良くなる！」というような、過度な期待をせず、単にBGMとして
流しておくのには耳障りになることなく、良いと思います。
(上手く表現できませんが、モーツァルトのような穏やかな感じ、とでも言ったらいいでしょうか。。。)

今まで自己啓発の本を読んで、感謝の言葉、ポジティブな気持ちを持ってきました。
この6月に果てしなく落ち込み、わけがわからなくなった時に偶然なのか、必然なのか
この本に出会いました。
いろいろやってきて、結果が伴わなかった事に疲れて落ち込んだんだ！　とこの本を読んでわかりました。
なので、私にとってドンピシャ　な内容の本でした。
本の内容にも、CDにも癒されました。
気持も楽になりました。　　
何回でも読み直したい読みやすい本でした。

今までもよくあった引き寄せの法則的な本ではありますが、
この本がズバ抜けて優れている点は他書で良く言われる、
ポジティブシンキングではなく、ポジティブエモーションに
着目し、徹底的に感情を良くすることに特化していることです。
また『分かってる、でも出来ない!』という人の目線に立って、
細かく、丁寧に、具体的に、でも押し付けがましくなく、
提案の形をとって書かれる著者の意識の高さに感服します。

正直、私、レイキには懐疑的ですし、私は付属のCDも好きですが
これも好みがあるかと思われます。

その分を差し引いても、よくある作者の気分で書き散らかされた、
ポジティブシンキングキャンペーンみたいな本の110冊分
(100冊じゃ足りない!)ぐらいの価値があると私は感じました。
