他の方も書かれていますが、手軽に食べれるイメージのたまごかけご飯とは違います。 正直「これはどこで手に入るの?」って具材や、高級食材が使われているものもあります。 最後の方には「ぶっとび」っというカテゴリーで、チョコや杏仁豆腐がのったたまごかけご飯まであって、365日分無理矢理集めた感が否めません。 私が見て、実際食べたい&ウチで作れるたまごかけご飯は、1冊の半分もなかったかも…。 もちろん、美味しそうなものもありますけどね☆
もっと、簡単で美味しいたまごかけご飯を教えてほしかったです。

私にとって「卵かけごはん」って、手早く、簡単、お財布にもやさしいっていう
イメージだったんですけど。
この本の卵かけごはんは、お手軽って感じではありません。

例えば、朝の忙しい時間や一人暮らしの男性が、行者にんにくやらスモークサーモンやら、
ふぐの子ぬか漬けなんか用意してまで、このメニューは作らないでしょう。
そういう「お手軽」感はありませんが、いつもの卵ご飯にちょっとひと工夫っていう、
時間にもお財布にも余裕のある方向けって感じです。

でも、これだけのメニュー数があっても、どれもおいしそうで、「食べてみたい！」って
気になります。
「こんなのがご飯に合うのか〜」って、眺めてるだけでも楽しいです！

この本を発見したときは感動して、職場に持参！
大盛り上がりで何人かは購入を決めていました。

しかし、未だにどの食べ方も実践していません…

現実、たまごに醤油を入れて、
温かいご飯にかけるだけが
効率的でいちばん美味しいかと。
他におかずもあることだし…
