星いっぱい付けてる人と著者には申し訳ないけどあまりオススメできません。
というのは、偉そうに言ってしまいますが、内容が薄い・・・。
一見役立ちそうだけど、表面的な事しか書いてないのでもう少し掘り下げてほしかった。
正直、定価で買ったことを悔やんでいます。
今から買おうと思ってる人には、本屋で立ち読みするか、中古で購入されることを勧めます。

この本は「私の悩み・疑問」にぴったり当てはまる内容でした☆
彼からのメールの返事が遅い＆来ない…。
「忙しいのはわかってるけど、返事くらい送れるはずなのに…。」と毎日悩んでいましたが、
この本を読んで、男性と女性の考え方の違いがわかり、
彼の気持ちが少し理解出来た様に思います。
彼との微妙な距離に悩んでいる方や、大人の恋愛を成功させたい方には是非お勧めの本だと思います！

にらさわさんが書いた著作はほとんど読んでるけど本当に参考になる。
これから恋愛をしたい女性にとってはもちろんだけど、男性たちにとってもビジネスシーンとかで活用できる交際術が満載。

特に不毛な恋愛、成就しない恋愛に悩んできた女性は必読だと思う。
で、この本を読んで本命の彼氏ができた人は「４つ目のＨ」を大切にね。
