途中でなんとなく犯人はこの人じゃないかなぁ、ってのは予想がついてた。
や、理由も根拠もなく、ただ東野作品ならこうじゃないかな、とか
それだけのものなんだけどもｗ

途中にちりばめられているモノローグが一種の殺人予告になるのかな？
ま、最後はいつものごとく予想を裏切られた（？）わけだけどｗ

作品自体に不満はないんだけども、読後感にいつものすっきり感がなかったのが残念なところ。
あと主人公にいまいち魅力が感じられなかった。
たいていは感情移入してしまったりしてたんだけどなぁ…。

よって星３つ。

1~4作を全て密室トリックで通して来た東野圭吾は、5作目にあたる本作で初めてそこから離れました。密室に代わるものとしてアリバイ・トリックが使われています。しかし、このアリバイ・トリックはさほど気合の入ったものではなく、むしろトリッキーな作風から離れて人間心理のみに焦点を当てる作品を書いたと言うべきでしょう。犯人の動機のみならず、犯人を殺人へと追い込んだ人々の側の事情もうまく描かれています。

たいていの推理小説では悪人は一人しか出て来ません。殺人者が悪人か、殺人者を殺人へと追い込んだ者が唯一の悪人です。中には悪人が一人も出てこない推理小説もあるくらいです。ところが本作では大部分の登場人物がなんらかの意味で“悪”なのです。しかし、読者は彼らを単純に糾弾することはできません。彼らの“悪”は私たち誰もが抱えているような性質のものだからです。その点を突いたこの作品は、非常に読後感が悪く、“ドキリ”とさせられます。

恋人を殺された女流作家は、担当編集者であり、友人でもある萩尾冬子の助力を得ながら、事件の真相解明に乗り出した。女流作家が真相を突き止めようかというときに限って、また新たな殺人が起きてしまう。ポイントは、以前に起きた無人島での出来事なんだろうか。

「無人島より殺意をこめて」という言葉には、犯人の憎しみが詰まった言葉だなという印象だ。自分たちの保身を考えていた人たちに対して、犯人はにくかったなあという感じがこの言葉には表れていたんでしょう。

読んだ感想は、いたって普通の推理小説ですね。まあ、それ以上でもないし、それ以下でもない。
