ジャケットの写真は少しおばさんぽいですが、実際（DVD映像で）はずっと若いこです。
アシスタントの女性ふたりもいい感じです。
ヒップポップ系が３本、股と腹中心のややエアロビ系が２本の計５本×１０分の計５０分。
だらだらやっていてもけっこう汗が出てきます。
すべて立ちポーズ、道具不要（裸足でもできる）、キック系よりも小スペースでできる。
１０分単位でできますが、５０分でもあっというまという感じ。
ヒップホップ的には初心者レベル。
QuickFixシリーズみたいに残り時間が表示されればもっとよかった。

そうそう、ふつうのDVDプレヤーで問題なく再生できてます。

この作品の日本版ジェニファー・ガラーディの10ミニッツ・エクササイズ 効率よくやせるための5つのダンス 10 Minute Solution:Fat Blasting Dance Mix [DVD]が発売することを知り、こちらのレビューを見て気になっていたので、発売まで待てず、ひと足お先に、輸入版を購入してしまいました。

ダンス自体は、他のレビューでもある通り、小スペースでできて、10分×５種類で、気軽に楽しくできるものです。でも、インストラクターがずっとしゃべりっぱなしで説明していて、動き方がわからないところがありました。
私は英語ができないので、日本語版で確認したいと思います。
内容はいいので星４つ。

エアロビ、ヨガ、ヒップホップなど有酸素運動のDVDは20本ちかく購入しましたが、これはお買い得でした。インストラクターの説明もうまく（英語）、何度もゆっくりステップを繰り返してからスピードアップするその過程がすごく良い！
プログラムが5個入ってますが、それぞれ特徴があり、好きなものだけを選べます。AB　ATTACKというプログラムが5個目に入っています。地味に腹筋やインナーマッスルを使って運動するプログラムなのですが、こんな筋肉の鍛え方があったか！とちょっと衝撃でした。
