仁香
1975年7月7日、東京都生まれ。元祖カリスマモデルとして、『CanCam』の表紙を飾り、専属モデルとして活躍。その後2005年に恵比寿でゲルマニウム温浴サロン「Yuan」、リラクゼーションスパ「LUXE by Yuan」を表参道にオープンさせ話題に。現在『Anecan』でビューティスタイリストとして連載を持つほか、多くの女性誌、TV番組などに登場。2008年1月男児を出産、ママモデルとしても活動の場を広げている(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

モデル本はあまり買わない私ですが、仁香さんのブログを読んでいて、その文章から『頭のよい女性だな〜』とファンになり購入しました。
妻・母・経営者として成功している彼女ですが、そこにいたるまでの経緯があとがき部分にびっしりと書かれています。
彼女の素晴らしいスタイルも、現在の幸せな生活も、どん底で負けなかった彼女が勝ち取ったものだとわかり、さらにファンになりました。
美容本としては、コスメの種類が多く、すべては参考にできないので星四つとしましたが『買ってよかった』本でしたよ〜。

内容濃いです。
薄っぺらいキレイごとのモデル本とはちょいと違います。
彼女がモデルだけではなく、
経営者、母、妻といろんな顔をもつからではないでしょうか。
最後の数ページの人生のどん底まで落ちたエピソードが必見です。


しかしスタイルいいなあ〜。
モデルさんの中でもピカイチに脚が長いです。。

雑誌を立ち読みしていた時、横に置いてあったこの本を見てみました。
私はCanCam系では無いので、仁香さんの事は全く知らなかったのですが、モデルの方の本なら美容の秘訣とか良い所を披露している本だろう、と思っていたら見てみてビックリ！！結局、買いました。
13kgの激太りなどのスランプの時期、流産などの苦労した事もつづられていました。
ただし、こうして痩せた！と言うダイエット本ではありません。幼少期〜現在までの写真や（体重の表まで！）、美容、マッサージ方法の写真による解説、髪型、ファッション、コーディネート写真等、文字の羅列ではなく、写真がたくさんあり、見やすい、「仁香さん」が分かる感じです。お子さんとの写真には癒されました☆
