　浜省は「重そう」なんて思っている方には、絶好の入門盤。恋する気持ちをストレートに歌ったロックンロールや、胸を締め付けるバラードを集めた傑作アルバム。 　ちょいとガキタレには歌えない丁寧な詩の世界に触れると、浜田省吾という男の、人間に対するやさしい眼差しを感じる。Tr.9『あれから二人』は衝撃的であった。「この人は一体、なんちゅう切ない歌を歌うんだ！」としばし呆然。Tr.4『彼女はブルー』は、「愛してる」一辺倒の邦楽には珍しい、ビター・スイートな内容。やっぱり、この人は男心を歌わせたら最高のアーティストである。

浜省ここにあり、をファンだけでなく世間に知らしめ、浜省の音楽テイスト満載したファン垂涎の名盤である、「あれから二人」は村下孝蔵氏の名曲「初恋」と共に日本の音楽史に並び立つ名曲である

95年以降、オウム・震災・山一證券倒産など、非常に暗いニュースで日本人は未来に希望を失いかけていた。そんな時代で数少ない日本人に嬉しいニュース、「希望」という存在は、筑紫哲也も久米宏もドジャース野茂の活躍だと口を揃えていった。その野茂ほど国民全体に対してインパクトを与えたわけではないが、音楽でその暗さに一矢報いた名盤がこれだ。ミリオンナイツに生登場した浜省と町史はリスナーに向けて高らかに希望を送っていた。

“暗い時代に風穴を開けたかった”、“これが最後でも構わないこれ以上の作品はつくれない”、と本人が語るほどの自信作。確かに何度も聴くごとに良さがじわりじわりと実感してくる。「Because I Love You」などメロウさとROCKの浜省の持つ良い面がうまく混ざり合って名曲が生まれている。
またタイトルは上記のような理由のみならず、浜省本人のメンタルバランスが回復した証のような名づけ方であるともいえる。
