物語の進行がダラダラしていてテンポが悪く、見ている者は途中であきる。
また、主人公の女優の演技が下手・大根を通り越して、小学生の学芸会以下であり、物語の進行とあいまって、ホラーに必須の緊迫感や緊張感が全くなくなってしまっている。
正直、見るに値する作品とは思えず、残念ながら時間と費用の無駄としか言いようが無い。
さらにビジネス場面のシチュエーションも現実に似せようとしながらも、全く現実的ではなく、知らない者が知らない世界を無理無理演じている違和感を大きく感じる。

木原浩勝のテイストがでていて、じっくり見ていると、恐怖が伝わってくる。
新耳袋などを好む方には推薦です。ただし、DVDの画質の悪さはこのシリーズすべてにいえて、　　例えれば、家庭用録画DVDレコーダーでLPモード程度である。これは改善を望む。
　また、主演の安田美沙子は、演技では善戦しているが、京都訛りをむりやり標準語でしゃべっているようで、むしろ京都訛りのセリフにすればよいのにと感じました。
