丁寧に、税金とその手続きについて書かれている本でした。分かりやすい良書
です。
特に最後のほうの日々の経理についてかかれているところは、簿記の知識のな
い私にとって他書では、意味不明の符号が並んでいるようにしか感じられない、
基本的な考え方そのものが非常によく分かりました。

おそらく筆者は、具体的に企業設立をサポートする経験を積んでおられるので
しょう。
本書にも法人が得か、個人が得かかかれていましたが、そのボーダーラインを
超えている人もしくはすぐに越える予定のある方にとって本書は、必要手続き
が順に淡々と書かれていて、心強く感じると思います。

多くの起業本、会社つくる本といってしまえば、そのジャンルに
はいるのでしょうが、非常に興味を引く書かれかたで、やさしく
書いてあります。サブタイトルにある「起業から1年目までの」
というので間違いないのですが、確実に「起業する前に」読むべ
き本です。
漠然と「起業かー」と考えている人、「会社組織もありかなー」
なんて考えている人が読むと非常に役に立つと思います。
全体としては物足りなさも感じないではないですが、読んでおく
と非常に役立つと思います。
最後まで簡単に読破できるところがありがたいと思います。
カバーのスッキリした感じも好感が持てます。
多くは税金のことでまとめられていますが、ゆえに税金に関する
ことって大切なんだと、改めて痛感しています。

内容は濃く良書だと思います。会社設立前に読んでおきたい概要本です。定款の作成に関しても内容は濃いですが、全て網羅しているわけではなく、また、不明な点もありますので、予備知識の全くなかった私の場合、本書だけでは定款の作成はできませんでした。ネット上にころがっている定款のサンプルに記載されている事項の意味について、本書では分からない項目がいくつかありました。設立をお考えの方は行政書士さんに相談するのが手っ取り早いと思います。
