「海軍反省会」は、昭和55年3月28日に、水交会で第一回を開催し、

この十回分を選定したのは、全体量が膨大で、全文の刊行が困難であることもあるが、

10回分だけではNHKスペシャルで取り上げられた内容もほとんどカバーできていない。やはり全体の刊行が望ましい。

5.0 out of 5 stars この本だけで日米の戦争原因は語れない, 2009/8/10
本書は、この第1回から第10回までの会議において、
各員（旧・海軍）が発言した記録のテープを文字に起こしたものである。
この問題、結論を先に申せば、

1.国家システムが封建制度
2.事なかれ主義
3.国家戦略の欠如
　（地政学的分析の欠如。日露戦争以降）　

―という点である。
これは今の政治と同じではないか。
そう、結局、戦前と今も体質は変わらないのである。
この本が出たのは私たちに国民に対する警告と思った。
軍令部の方々の勇気ある警告に感謝してこれらの問題・体質を
変えていかなければ日本に未来はない。
先の戦争の教訓は、これらの体質を変えていくことなのである。

―お断りしたいのは、この戦争が「なぜ起こったか」を知りたい場合は、
もっと俯瞰的に明治維新まで遡り、地政学の視点で見ればよくわかる。
決して個々の事象・事件だけで判断してはならない。

ＮＨＫスペシャルを含め拝見しました。
陸軍参謀本部の奥の院をのぞき見るようなことが、
海軍軍令部でもあることが良く認識できました。

しかしながら、１０回分で要足れりというのは如何なものか？
番組の内容も包括していないし、このままだと、単なる商利主義に
終わったと評されはしまいか？

本資料は、超一級の資料であり、学術上貴重である。
引き続きの刊行を、発行元のＰＨＰ研究所と検討いただきたい。
その方が、松下幸之助氏の思いに叶うものと信じます。
防衛省や旧軍関係者に委ねれば、また封印されるでしょうから、
権利関係を整理してでも、続刊して頂きたい。

防研戦史叢書が如何に上級者に対して都合良く、かつ死者に
責任をなすりつけているかを見るにつけ、市井の研究者に
今後の日本のために、続けて頂きたく、期待を込めて星一つと
させて頂きたい。
