このCDの特徴である「安堵と休息へ誘う独自のゆらぎ加工を施した」という点ですが、確かに「眠り」にこだわっていない普通の水音ヒーリングCDにはない、滑らかでとろけるような音で、眠りの妨げになりがちな大きな音や、音のひっかかりのようなものが感じられず、よいと思います。
また、自然音のみなので、ピアノやその他楽器がまざっているヒーリングCDにある、高音で頭に響いてうるさく感じる・・という事がないのがよいです。
完璧にこれだけですぐ眠れるか・・というと、睡眠に障害がある方には当然難しいと思いますが、頭の中をリラックスさせる効果が多少はあると思いました。

このＣＤを複数聴いていくうち、近くの田んぼの脇で流れる小川のささやきに聴こえてきて、随分自分の身につくようになりました。最近では、小さな綺麗な池で釣り糸を垂らして、小魚つりをしており、池に流れ込んでいる川のせせらぎの音に聞こえるようになりました。そして水面には木々、青い空、雲が写り、光が水面を照らし揺れています。私は光の揺れやウキの揺れに誘われて、うつろいでいます。そのうちウトウトして眠りの窓が開いてくるようです。・・・・・このＣＤは懐かしい幼い頃の出来事を浮かべることで、眠りに入るきっかけを作ってくれるような感じがしました。

不眠症になりかけの頃

究極の眠れる…、安眠、他社の薬草やDREAMSとどれを試してもダメでした。

結局、睡眠導入剤飲んでます。

ストレス解消系は割と効果を感じましたが、安眠系はNGです。

夜寝る前にトイレに行かれることをお勧めします。
トイレに行かず聴きながら寝てしまうと
おねしょするかもしれません
