24式太極拳は2画面で左と右が混同しないで解りやすいです。練功十八法も繰り返し自動再生するので、順序を覚えるのに便利ですね。家で毎日楽しんでいます。初級太極拳は歌が素晴らしく、つい大きな声で歌ってしまいます。

他のＤＶＤ付きの太極拳の教材で練習していましたが、行き詰まり、前から気になっていた
このＤＶＤを購入しました。

前から見たところと後ろから見たところを同時に見られるのがいいです。
（私のノートＰＣは１２．１型の小さい画面ですが、このＤＶＤの二分割の画面でも大丈夫です。）

先生はきれいで、背景の公園や美術館の景色も美しいです。

内容は普通の速さの２４式太極拳、学習用の太極拳、錬功十八法前段・後段、初級太極拳です。

学習用の太極拳はスローモーションです。太極拳には太極拳の曲として広く用いられている
曲が付いています。

錬功十八法というのはこのＤＶＤで初めて見ました。中国語の掛け声と中国音楽の演奏が
渋くて素敵です。

初級太極拳に付いている歌は芸術的で美しいと思いました。

頑張って太極拳を覚えようと思います。

太極拳も、練功体操も、初級太極拳も、
綺麗な音楽と美人の先生と、後ろの綺麗な背景にもとても癒されます。

練功体操はその都度動きを解説してくれるので、動きを覚える必要がなく、
老若男女問わず、毎日のラジオ体操の代わりにもとても良いし、渋カッコ良いと思います。
ゆっくりとした気持ちの良い動きの連続ですが、とても奥が深いです。

初級太極拳は音楽と唄と、男性の声が綺麗で、日本語訳の歌詞が字幕で出るのも良いです!
本当にこの唄を聴きながら動いていると、瞑想も一緒にしてる感じでハマります☆彡
