とても美味しそうな料理が並んでいます。
エスニックな感じが多いので、日本食の多い我が家では
スパイスをそろえるだけでちょっと億劫になってしまい
梅干の作り方だけまずは参考にさせてもらいました。
でも、なかなかうまくいかない；；梅酢が上がりにくかったです。
