おもしろいです。

一番いいのは、自分にもできそうと思えること。

自分が経営者じゃないことが残念。。

最近会計の本なんかを読むので、
わかり易過ぎる有名な話が多いけど、
再度理解するにも、いい本だと思います。


特に、”できそう”と思えるのは、
・経営理念
・変動費
・役員給与
・業績目標の立て方

など、割合や具体的な取り組み順が具体的　且つ　平易なこと。



心配なのは、わかりやすい例と
平易や文章で、読み飛ばしたりしないか？
ということくらい。

人によっては、賛否ある内容もあるけど、
（社員の目標設定とか、社員の経営者意識とか）
このボリュームでは致し方なし。



数字の目安など、覚えるまで手元に置きたい本です。

おもしろい！ためになった。有名企業が出てきて興味をひかれると同時に我々零細企業にも将来に夢を持たせる具体的手法がわかりやすく解説されている。一般の経営書は敷居が高いが、日々悩んでいたことにこの本は具体的な回答をくれた気がする。会計事務所も使いようによっては会社の発展に貢献してくれるかも。税理士もいろいろということか。会社を変えることができるかも・・勇気と夢をもらいました。

一人の人間がスタッフを統率できる人数は10〜30人が限界だ、といわれる。
では、それ以上の人数を統率するにはどうすればいいのか？　その答えが
書かれた本。社長の考え方を「経営計画」「行動計画」「財務戦略」の３
つの客観的なツールに落とし込むことで、会社の経営を仕組化し安定成長
を生み出そうという内容。ホンダやヤマト運輸も仕組化ができたから現在
の地位がある。自分の会社にもぜひ生かしたい内容だった。
