中には「なるほど」と思う言葉もあったのですが、
割合的には１，２割くらい。

セクションが多すぎな気がします。
ひとつひとつをもう少し掘り下げて書いて欲しかったです。
解決策が、ただの正論になっているところが非常に多かったかなと。

中小企業はなかなか良い人材が採用できない、
かといって、
大企業でも"心の病"を抱えて出社拒否する社員が多い現代。
人の育成・マネジメントは決して容易いことではありませんが、色々なヒントを提供しれくれる読みやすい良書です。

特に、「第5章困った部下の対処法」のカテゴライズは秀逸です。
今どきの若者を部下にしている管理職の方はウンウンうなづくことうけあい。

タイトルは上司本ですが、サークルの先輩、子供を持つ親にも十分使えることが書いてあります。
そういった意味ではすごく幅広く使える本。
もちろん会社の上司としての考えが、わかり易くしっかりとかかれています。
「要らない」と思われる上司にはなりたくですから。
