4.0 out of 5 stars ジャパニーズアイランドミュージックの一つの形, 2003/9/22
軽めにアレンジしたオキナワンミュージックをまとめた１枚．ともすればベタな琉球民謡調になりがちな曲もBGMにしても耳に付かない．
“これぞ真髄”と言うよりは沖縄風邪にかかった人や近ごろの沖縄ブームで興味を持った人向けか．
重度の沖縄病で民俗調や三線をお腹一杯聴きたい向きには物足ないかも知れないが，日本のアイランドミュージックとしてはこういうのも“あり”ではないだろうか（島の人だって毎日ベタは飽きますよね）．
そして重症者にも軽症者にも最後の“さとうきび畑”でこの美しい地がかつて辿った歴史を想像して欲しい．

ハイサイおじさん、有名な歌だが、あらためて沖縄の楽しさを存分に味わえる名曲だ。
ネーネーズのスピッツの曲のカバーは新しい作品になっていると思う。
