魔法のねずみの手がかりを追って、二人は氷の宮殿を探します。
今回の話の内容で重要なキーポイントは「とらじのヒゲ(髭)」です。

今回はなんとパイ・ヤンの両親も登場します。
父親にビビるパイ・ヤンが面白いっ。
そして未だに猫の習性や生態に対するオーバーな反応は
猫を飼っているものにとっては非常に笑えますっ。
ハムスターにまで「あんた、ばか?」よばわりされる始末。。。
彼は物凄くまじめなだけにとてもそのギャップが滑稽に映ります。

※ちなみに寒い所にいても猫の耳は取れないと思います(苦笑)

パイ・ヤンもとらじも、
お互いの距離が少しずつ近づいて来ているのが感じられる3巻です。

時のねずみの話は、大好きです。

「今ここで出会ったこと」は、意味を持つ…なんて、意味深！！
パイ・ヤンからの手紙がリオに届かなかったことも、きっと何か意味がある！？
逆に、リオがいなくならなければ、パイ・ヤンがリオやジョゼのことを考えることはなかったのかもしれない。

女性は妊娠を通じて母になり、男性は育てて父になる。
…深い！！
だからこそ、母親の虐待は解せない…のは、ここでは関係がないけれど。


パイ・ヤンの融通の利かないところや、なんだかネコに対して勘違いしているところは、好き。
確かに耳が折れても、舌が出ててもなんら気にしていない気がする。
でもそれを真剣に受け止め、大きな発見としてるところがおかしい。

パイ・ヤンはリオを探す為に、仕方なくとらじといるのかもしれない。
でもとらじといることで、子供とはどういうものなのかを学んでいる？？
きっと、リオと２人なら、パイ・ヤンは、パイ・ヤンを押し付けちゃって、
リオは懐かなかっただろうね。
なんだろう、こう、皆が成長していくのが楽しいと思う作品。

字が小さくて読みにくいかもしれないけど、
手書きの部分のせりふがいちいちウケる。

巻が進むごとに謎が少しずつ少しずつ解けてくる。

記憶が戻ったジョゼの、夫パイ・ヤンに対する氷のような無表情と憎むような態度は、数年間仕事だけに邁進し、家族を顧みることがなかったパイ・ヤンへの妻の不信感。現実にもよくありそうな姿だ。とらじはだんだんとmixらしくなってきて、リオが「お父さんなんかいらない」と泣いていたことを思い出して涙を流す。だが、どうして悲しいのかはわからないらしい。パイ・ヤンはとらじと旅する中で、子供との接し方を学んでいく。リオの辛かった思いにも気づいていく。リオはどこにいるのか。リオが日記を書いていたようにとらじもまた日記を書いている（書き始めたいきさつは勧められて、だが）ことから考えて、もしかして、mixのとらじは、猫のとらじとリオのmixなのか・・・・と思う。
