この本は家庭菜園で野菜を作られる方にうってつけの本です
ほうれん草は茎が細いが生でも食べられて、大根は曲がってるが甘味に富んで
レタスは葉が厚く旨みがある。中でも春菊は食べた後の口に残る旨み成分が凄いです！
作物が収穫されるまで日数がかかって若干小ぶりの野菜に育ちますが

自分たちが食べる野菜ですし、栄養価、甘味、旨み成分も増すのですから
肥料を沢山やった見てくれだけ大きい野菜に育てるよりはるかにいいだろうと思います。
作物事に作り方が載っていますので、これから家庭菜園を始める方でも全然大丈夫です。

　永田農法の提唱者が自ら栽培ノウハウをアマチュアの方を対象として公開している。アマチュア対象のため詳細な永田農法の技術などは掲載されていないが、簡単な栽培方法、永田農法の基本となる考え方や著者自身の現在の慣行農業や有機農業に対する見解などが広い視野で述べられている。また著者と関係をもつフランス料理界のリーダー的存在である今井克宏さんの紹介する野菜の美味しい食べ方や、控えめにではあるが著者が考えるこれからの農業のあり方も巻末に添えられている。
　農法や作物について書かれた読み物にしては哲学的な部分がおさえてあり写真も多彩で読みやすく、農業に志しをもっている方もそうでない方も是非一度読んでみては…。

何冊か永田農法のことが知りたくて、買ってみました。
この本が一番、具体的な方法を書いていて分かりやすかったです。
実際にそのやり方でうまくいくかは、まだ試せていないのですが、、、
「食は土にあり―永田農法の原点 (単行本) 」では理論というか、考え方がわかります。
なので、まずは、この2冊を買うのが導入としてはいいかもしれません。

実も付かなかったので畑に植えました
