Highly recommend this book. Easy to follow recipes from an ace home style cook who keeps it super simple and easy to follow (sometimes she almost reduces things down too much if anything) - some of the recipes have appeared before in her other books but not all
but the most important thing to know as a "gajin" is the text here is in English throughout both this book and the second volume - also the compact size makes it easier to use in the kitchen too. I hope she keeps this series up.
