前二作のオープニングとして使用された「大槻ケンヂと絶望少女達」の楽曲もそれぞれ評価されていますが、今回の「林檎もぎれビーム！」はそれを超えたと言い切れる一曲。しっかり聴かせてくれるベースライン、ドラムはもちろん、サビに入るピアノの音が心地良い。疾走感満点です。ＴＶサイズでは流れませんが、二番の途中からメロディラインが変わり、更に曲が盛り上がります。絶望少女達のコーラスも素晴らしく、感動的なラストまでテンションを保ったまま、中弛みは全くありません。最後の最後まで聴き入ってしまいます。

カップリング曲の「きまぐれあくびちゃん」は、大槻ケンヂさんと一緒に、絶望少女の中でもパンチのある声を持つ沢城みゆきさんと小林ゆうさんが歌っています。旋律はキャッチーではないので、繰り返し聴いてテンポにハマるタイプの曲でしょうか。サビ直前のドラム＋シャウトがとても格好良いので、是非ライブで一緒に叫びたいです。（大槻ケンヂと絶望少女達のワンマンライブ、期待しています！）

「懺・さよなら絶望先生」OPテーマ。
こう書くと「ケッ、アニソンかよ」と捨て台詞を吐く方も居るかもしれないが待ってほしい。
大槻ケンヂですぜ、旦那。ただのアニソンのわけがないでしょう？

希望と退廃の入り混じった歌詞とサウンドが心地よい。
オーケンを「絶望先生」で起用としようと提案したのは誰だか存じませんが、オーケンが今までいくつか関わってきたアニメ・特撮作品で最も絶妙にフィットした取り合わせだと思います。
「絶望先生」という作品としても、オーケンの楽曲としてもお互いが惹きあった奇跡の組み合わせです。

あと、オーケンが「絶望先生」に関わるのは3作目ですが、この曲に関しては特にフルで聴いてほしいと心から願います。
TVサイズじゃ正直魅力は半減してます。もしこれがTVサイズのみでリリースされていたら確実に星3つ以下。
この曲の唯一の難点はフルで聴かなきゃ身震いできないところでしょうか。

オーケンファンなら買いましょう。
絶望先生ファンならオーケン関連の過去作にポロロッカするのも乙ですぜ。

大槻ケンヂの絶望先生OPとしては三曲目に当たります本作は、前二作が示した感情の更に先へと疾走する様な傑作です。
脳をパンパンにするほど膨れたルサンチマンを爆発させて軸のブレすら開き直って前進し、己の値段を決め付けた誰かを翻弄し世界を尻目にルンバを踊り、次は全てが幻で優しい言葉すら「お仕事でやってるだけ」かも知れない可能性を知りながらも信じ抜いた先にあるシャングリラを謳う「林檎もぎれビーム」…正に集大成ではないでしょうか。
興奮が止まりません。暴力的に重厚なギターの低音と滝の様なドラムの衝撃。叫び叩き付けるルサンチマンから、見返してやろうじゃないかと宣戦布告してからの鮮烈な旋律。メロディアスで泥臭く、熱くてキュート。アルコールでもニコチンでも無い、もっと体の奥から、細胞が沸騰するような生命力を目覚めさせてくれる。
仮に全てが偽りでも、信じ貫いた先にある扉を開けば、そこにある感情はどんな真実より純粋なんだよと、お前らが諦める理由なんか無いんだぜと言われてる様で、暗い青春を知る者のみが触れられる光に手が届きそうになります。
とにかく一曲丸々聴いて欲しいです。こんなご馳走は永い人生にもそうありません。
