雑貨といえば、おしゃれな東欧雑貨やカワイイ小物を想像しがち。

が、森井ユカの手に掛かれば、
愛らしいミニチュアのおもちゃに肩を並べて
とらやのヨウカンや魚の餌、すっぽんスープまでもが【素敵な】雑貨となる。

「えっ？」と思いつつも、読み進むうちに「なるほど」と膝を打つ自分が…。
雑貨とは、かくも奥が広く深くナゾに満ちた素晴らしき世界なのですね。

東京、しかも山手線内という雑貨の迷宮を探るのに
まさに最適な指南書だと思います。

掲載されている雑貨の多くはまさに「Made　in　tokyo」を体言したものばかり。
海外へのおみやげ選びにも役立ちそうです。

山の手線の内側限定の雑貨屋さんめぐりです。
･総合雑貨店・専門雑貨店・ミュージアム系雑貨店・食品系雑貨店・書店系雑貨店
番外？で麻布十番のスーパーマーッケットマニアが載っています。

デザーナーの森井さんのお気に入りの雑貨たちがたくさん載ってて
とっても楽しいです。ガイドとしてでなく、眺めてるだけでもhappyになります。
GWはこの本をチェックして、気になるお店に行ってみようかな♪と思います。

山手線圏内限定で、いつもは海外のカワイイものにセンサーを向けてる森井ユカがいつものバタくささで東京からなにを発掘するのか興味深かった。パリやN.Y.にスケールを合わせたというのが「らしいな」とおもしろかったが、ネタがトウキョウになるとまた味わいが独特になるんですな。いつも行ってるところなのにそんな物も売ってたのねって感じ。こうなるとそのセンサーで別の日本の都市のも見たい。
