高句麗の始祖、弓の名手を意味する『朱蒙』を描いた作品で現在日本では第40話くらいを放映中。実はこのDVDボックスすら待ちきれず、某国のDVDを手に入れて最後の81話まで観てしまった。最後はチュモンとソソノはこうなるのか、と驚いてしまった。

なにしろ『朱蒙』の圧倒的な映像のセンス、俳優の技量、脚本、音楽全てがハリウッド以上だと思える。そして韓国の映像スタッフたちは自身の国の歴史に誇りを持っているのも感じられる。一方日本はアニメーションの分野でその能力は発揮されているが、俳優・脚本・映像センス・音楽全ての点で大きく劣っているとしか言えない。そして何となく正々堂々とした力作を作るのでなく、搦め手みたいな作品ばかりになってしまっている気がする。

ハン・ヘジンの美しさがDVDでは圧倒的。81話まで全く色あせない大傑作だ。韓国凄い。

このドラマ超！！面白いです！
展開がすごい早くて次から次へと展開が起きて、更にスケールが大きい！！超大作です。
韓国の歴史も分かるし、主演のソソノがすごい美しいです（＾＾）
最近２４がワンパターンだなーなんて感じてる人には是非お勧めですよ！
ハリウッドにはこの面白さは出せません。

もう少し盛り上がりがあったほうが嬉しいが。。。
