【アルゴリズムも簡素化され、わかりやすく読みやすい内容】
卒後研修として新生児蘇生認定を受講することになり、購入しました。
新生児学入門（仁志田先生のピンク本）も片手において置くとより理解が得られるかと存じます。
あくまでも、ゴールデンタイムの一時的な技術、知識
実際の分娩では、在胎週数、母体合併症、胎児胎盤機能、羊水や臍帯因子など、妊娠分娩経過にはじまって胎児のリスク評価などから、分娩時の対応に細かい差異はあれ、基本は基本。
徹底的にコンセンサスを叩き込みましょう（何があってもおかしくないのがお産でもあることを絶えず自覚し、予防するだけではなく、準備とネクストベストを尽くしましょう）
呼吸循環管理の一助としては狭義ではありますが、蘇生チームが基本に忠実に効果的に成果を挙げるには、総てのスタッフが同じケアを提供できるための必要最小限のスキルが身につきます

ACLS,PALSに比べると、アルゴリズムはかなり簡素で要約されておりますのでサラッと頭に入ります。基本的な蘇生技術について更にという方は（開業助産師、院内助産師さんなど）、PALSのｶﾞｲﾄﾞﾌﾞｯｸ、AHAの新生児蘇生ガイドブックも良い書ですのでお勧めいたします
2010年には、改定が加わると思います（ACLS関連も、現在、改定作業中ですので）
ﾊﾞﾙﾌﾞｼﾘﾝｼﾞはATOMより販売されていますし、蘇生用具を検討されている助産施設は、ファイバー喉頭鏡＋ブレードは軽く安全面でもお勧め、バッグはレサシバッグが使い勝手が良いです
使うことが無いように祈るだけではなく、実際に動く時に無くては何も動けません

後方支援病院にも負担をかけないよう、最低限の準備と、定期的なブラッシュアップはしましょう
入院から分娩までと助産に携わる助産師、看護師、助産師学生、看護学生さんに
診療所や個人産院など第一次医療機関のｽﾀｯﾌは全員必携となるスキルです。わかりやすくお勧め。


＊14年の医師会「新生児の蘇生」講習の「ハイリスク児のアルゴリズム」とリンクしています
　改編があったのは、Pedicapの使用や、ｻﾁｭﾚｰｼｮﾝでFiO2管理、ﾏﾉﾒｰﾀｰなどが追記
　新生児以降のCPRについては現在検討中。MAS＋Actは迷わずductal,ﾊﾞﾛﾄﾗ注などです
　蘇生時は予後管理が重要ですので・・・

新生児蘇生法の講習会（２００８年５月）に出る前に、すべて読んだ。
講習会では、５０問の問題が最初と最後に２回テストされるが、
この本の巻末に出ている問題と同じである。
全問繰り返してマスターし、
満点を目指してほしい。
産科医は、この本で示されている蘇生の手順を踏むことが求められている。
必ず読み、医療の現場で実践しよう。

産科・新生児に関わる臨床助産師・看護師必見かも。
蘇生のアルゴリズムの表は是非ラジアントウオーマーの横に貼っておくとよいなと思いました。
内容もすごくわかりやすく、写真なども多いし、最後に問題があるので自分の知識の確認にも役立ちます。

周産期に携わる人には、お勧めです。特に、新生児のトレーニングを受けたことがない方（産婦人科の先生や助産師）にはいい勉強になります。
