初心者にはとても分かりやすいと思います。技解説のテンポも良く、繰り返し観ても嫌になりません!
日本拳法はもちろん、他武道の方にも参考になる内容だと思います。

さすがに実演・解説をされている方が連盟副会長だけあって、指導の中にも鬼気迫るものがありましたが・・・絵的にはカメラに慣れていないのがはっきり判り、思わず笑みがでました＾＾
ちなみに私は協会の者ですが、残りの２本もお金を貯めて購入したいと思ってます。

日本拳法の礼法や基本、投げ、足捌き、防御などを一つ一つ丁寧に土肥豊氏が要点とポイントを教えてくれます。
日本拳法、徒手格闘の指導者又は入門して間もない生徒の方々はとても役にたつ作品になっています。
防具の付け方も一から解説しているので大変分かりやすいです。
日本拳法や徒手格闘を習っている方は買いです、是非このDVDを見て勉強しましょう。
