小室氏が日本人に一番読んでもらいたいと思っ
ているのがこの本ではないだろうか。歴史認識
から目を閉ざしがちな人もこの本を読むことで
ずいぶんと目の前がパァーっと開けるに違いな
い。

中国、韓国の完全な内政干渉である歴史問題の本質を明快に解いている本です。「従軍慰安婦問題」についても明快に問題点が解かれています。このような内容をぜひマスコミで！

本全体としていいたい事は
“日本人としての誇りを取り戻すべきだ”　ということです。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　ここで、“日本人としての誇り”とは日本人が自分たちの国が正当なもの、権威あるもの
　だと捉えることを意味します。

読んでみて自分の中で変わったことは
　外国に対してひたすら謝るという態度が、実は何の科学的根拠も基にしていないものだ
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　と考えるようになったことです。
　例えば従軍慰安婦問題では、慰安婦が“強制連行されたもの”と断定できていないにも関わらず謝り、賠償金を払い続けていることが示されているからです。教科書で教えられる従軍慰安婦の存在は、教育課程における“近隣諸国への配慮”という記述からくるものであり、歴史的事実であると証明された上で教科書に登場しているわけではありません。そして、“近隣諸国への配慮”は他国の内政干渉によってできたものだとわかるからです。

良かった点
　歴史、法律、憲法、教育、社会科学などに興味をもつことができること。
　　現実におきている問題と、上の各分野との関わりが良く示されており、その関わりがどのようなものか見えるようになったことで、それらの分野を身近に感じることができるからです。
悪かった点
　“マルキスト”、“大学紛争”など、若い世代が良く知らない言葉が出てくること
