本事態は厚いが、内容は薄い。各学校の説明を見ても、米国内にて販売されている他社ガイドの受け売り。自分は現在某MBAに通っているが、当校についての記述を見てもありきたりの説明で、最新情報が乏しい。出版している留学予備校の卒業生と思われる、現役学生のコメントも載せられているが、皆自校のプログラムについて過大評価しているようだ。マイノリティである日本人にとって有意義なMBA生活を送る上で重要な、各学校の特色についてもっと突っ込んだ日本人受験生向けの情報が必要だと思う。

ちまたに洋書・和書を問わず、ＭＢＡスクールガイドはあふれていますが、これは某有名ＭＢＡ予備校の出版したものです。

内容は日本人向けで、日本人卒業生のコメントのみが掲載されている点、ＥＭＢＡ・国内もカバーしている点では、利用価値が高いでしょう。

洋書とは違った視点が欲しい人にはお勧めです。

ＭＢＡ受験って極めて西洋的で、主体的に準備できない人には不向きだと思うんです。情報を自ら積極的に集める。そういう点で、ご参考にされてみてはいかがでしょうか？

ＭＢＡ出願計画の立て方から学校選択基準・各校別出願戦略まで詳細に書いてあります。
各校別に学習環境・生活環境・就職状況などの観点でもまとめられており非常に学生生活をイメージしやすい本です。
この本のとおり出願計画を立ててＭＢＡ取得に向けて頑張っていこうと思います。またそういう気にさせてくれる本でした。お勧めです。
