今までいろんな料理本や雑誌の料理コーナーを、時には見比べたりしながら参考にしていましたが、この本はこれまでに出会ったレシピと一味違い、簡単で美味しく作れるのにびっくり。例えば、利いているのかどうか分からない分量の酒を加えるのではなく、酒を使って蒸し煮にすることで素材の味を活かし手早く簡単に作れる肉じゃがは、今では私の定番です。もちろんアレンジを加えたり他の先生のレシピも参考にしますが、小手先のテクニックではなくいかに基礎が大切かを感じさせられました。故土井勝先生主催の料理学校に通っていた母もまた基本的なところはお父様と通じるところがあるように感じているようで「土井先生の本をお手本にしたら失敗がない」の私の言葉に何も言わず頷いています。

タイトル通り、結婚してすぐに購入しました。
調理途中のお鍋の画像などが載っていてわかりやすいです。
例えば「飴色になるまで炒める」と書いてあっても、初心者には
飴色の程度がわからなかったんですが、写真ですぐにわかります。
あとは、2人用と4人用の分量が両方書いてあるのも有難いです。

分量通りに作ると、どこのお店にも負けない味に仕上がりました。
特にハンバーグがおいしい。
もう、ボロボロになってますが、ずっと手放せない一冊です。

ゴク基本のおかずが簡単･お手軽に作れるお料理の本。
妊娠中に、おかずを考える事･作る事がなかなか大変で、本屋さんで一目惚れをしました。綺麗な写真付きで作り方がわかりやすく、同じ材料で違うバリエーションのレシピがあったり、肉･魚･野菜全ての食材が使われていてレパートリーも増えます。特にお鍋で作るレシピは、簡単で栄養価の良さそうなレシピがいっぱい！私は付け合せのサブメニューがとても参考になりました。
調理時間が記載されているのも嬉しいですね。
……ただ、お料理が得意な方には基本的過ぎてチョット物足りないかも…。
