本を開いてまず最初に感じたのは、とにかく写真がキレイなこと。
そして、順番にレシピを見ていくと、そんなに難しくない！
「私にもできるかも！？」と思わせてくれる本です。
作り方の下に書かれている作者からの「一言メッセージ」が
親切でいいなぁと思いました。

京都の町屋で料理教室をされている森田さんのレシピ本。
この本から森田さんの料理、食事、生活、生き方に対する姿勢が伝わってきました。
この人のレシピで作ってみたい。そう思って買いました。
調味料の説明、レシピに付け加えられたひと言、
どれも一般的な料理本には見られない森田さんの言葉で書かれています。
シンプルなメニュー＆レシピのなかに、ひと手間、ひと工夫、意外性があり、
「なるほど」「へ〜やってみよう」「その組み合わせか！」など料理心をくすぐります。

家族が喜んでくれる料理が増えそうです！！

とても気に入りました。

塩、砂糖、調味料、スパイスなどの説明から始まり、和風・洋風・中華風だしのとり方、お米の炊き方まで、丁寧に書かれています。
これを参考に調味料を揃えてみてもいいかもしれません。

そこから春夏秋冬の献立を中心に始まり、後半は料理教室で人気のレシピが数点載っています。
ピクルス、パテ、デザートのレシピも載っています。

季節ごとのレシピを見ていると、早くその季節にならないかとわくわくします。
ちなみに、ちりめんじゃんこやパルメザンチーズをお好みで使うレシピがありますが、その点以外はヴィーガン食と言えるでしょう。

手に入りにくい食材もあまり使われておらず、見た目に奇をてらったレシピもありません。
両親や おばあちゃんに作ってあげても、きっと喜ばれます。

レシピの素晴らしさはもちろん、写真もきれいで、ところどころに織り込まれている文章もきちんとした感じで、とても良い本だと思いました。
