　読み終えたあとの余韻として、これほど感慨深い気持ちを思う本は、これまで無かった。確かに俳優や演技を目指す方々のための本でもあるが、その内容は、一般の方々へのメッセージが詰まっている。また、文章表現も素晴らしい。著者が実際自分の耳元で読んでくれているかのような見事な文章だった。とくに、後半のフィーリングリべレーションの章では、小説のような緊迫感がある。それは、体験に即した内容であるからだろう。今まで、多くの本を読んだが、この本は、スペシャルな何かを感じさせてくれていて、今後の著作が非常に楽しみに思う。演技を目指すひとのためというカテゴリーを越して、多くの人たちに対する、力強いメッセージ性がある本として、私は、ぜひお勧めしたい本の一つである、と思った。

この本を書いて下さったミユキ先生に感謝致します。
ゼン･ヒラノゼミナールで約１０年やって来た訓練＜エクササイズ＞がわかりやすく書かれていてポイントを再確認させて頂けました。
スタニスラフスキー、リー・ストラスバーグ、マイケル・チェーホフ＜演技者へ！＞と先人達の切り拓いてくれた思い＜情熱＞の詰まった本だと思います。
演技者にとどまらず人生に少しでも不安を抱えている方であれば一度この本を通して自分を見詰め直してみるのもいいかもしれません。
幼少の頃に受けた心の傷を体感する事によって、本来のただあるがままの自分に舞い戻る事が出来、いつも目にする木々の緑、空の蒼さ、生きている事の素晴らしさに気付くようになります。
ただある事の感謝に溢れて、今まで見えなかった人の気遣いを感じられます。
自分の足で地面を踏みしめて歩けるようになったのもミユキ先生をはじめゼン先生の温かい愛情があったからだと感謝しています。
