プレゼンテーション指南書の多くが、読みにくく・整理しにくいものである（その本自体のプレゼンテーションが駄目で、多くを語るが結局何が言いたいのか解らない・・・）のに対し、本書は簡潔かつビジュアルを駆使して解りやすくまとめられている。
特に、話し手の「テクニック」を中心としたものに留まらず、聞き手の視点からプレゼンを説いている点が良い。
読み返しが楽なので、必要な時に何時でも見れるように常に手元に置いておきたいバイブル的な一冊と思える。

確かにヴィジュアルを多用し、わかりやすい本ではあります。しかし、え？これで終わり？と思うくらい、内容が薄すぎる。いろいろと、プレゼンの本は読みましたが、特にがっかり感を感じました。

アクセシビリティに配慮する、ということへの敷居を下げる試みである点は評価できる。
しかし、いかんせん中味が薄い。
高齢者や弱視の方にどう見えるからまずいのか、読み上げソフトだとどう読み上げられてしまうからまずいのか、といった重要な内容にほとんどページが割かれていない。画像に文字を重ねない、といった当たり前過ぎるレベルのことにページ数が割かれている。

また、ビジネスの場における「プレゼン」としては稚拙過ぎて使えないので注意が必要である。書名から「相手を感動させるビジネスプレゼン」のようなイメージを持って買うと、がっかりすることになる。話に合わせて文字数を加えていくような表示方法に対しては、見せられた方は苦笑するしかない。

後半は、普通に書けば5ページ以内で表現できるところ、文字数の極めて少ないプレゼンという形態にすることでページ数を稼いでいる。プレゼン技法としては見るべきものは少ない。そもそも「プレゼンテーター」という言葉を用いている時点で、著者に体系だった知識がないのは明白である。
