仕事以外は、食事の事を考え、人手間かける主人公Ｙながのエッセイ漫画。
漫画と文章にわかれて、食事を紹介するのでは無く、食べながら、これはここがおいしいと、とてもおいしそうに食べているので、読んでいてテンションがあがりました。
１話、１話にちょっとしたショートストーリーも入っていて、食事を紹介していて、出てくる人が個性的で、それも楽しいです。

ただ総武線沿線の店が多いので、その辺りに用事が余り無い人は、余り使えないかもしれないです。
Ｙながさんが、漫画でも言っていたけれども、モツとかの料理が何回か出ます。これも好みだと思います。（私は好きなので、ツボでしたが）

和・洋・中色々載っているので、好みのご飯が一件はあると、思います。一見の価値あり！

この作者さん、食べ物のシーンがやったらうまそーなのにはワケがあったんですね。
これだけ食べることに愛情を注いでいるのなら当然の表現力。
あれだけおいしそうな料理が描けるワケだ。
グルメマンガなのだけれども、それを食べる理由となるストーリーも面白く2度おいしいってカンジです。
しかし、メイクをしていないYながさんの顔。
あれは反則ですなー(笑)

どうみても作者本人の漫画家“Yなが”を主役にしたエッセイ・グルメ漫画。
料理も外メシも大好き、食べることが人生の大部分を占める彼女の、オススメのお店紹介に加え、彼女の日常生活もかいま見ることができます。
彼女の余韻のある私小説のような漫画の雰囲気をそのままに、なかなかすばらしい漫画に仕上げている点もお見事！
お店は彼女の生活圏なのか特定地域にちょっと偏ってますし、彼女の愛する内臓系メニューがたくさん登場しておりますが、そのほかのメニューも、和洋中デザートまで、さすがにどれも美味しそうです。
おいしいものを共有する楽しさが判らない人とは食事できないし、一緒には暮らせないよねぇ、と“Yなが”に激しく同意のわたしなのであります。
