雰囲気のあるちょっと大人の曲調が、ドライブにぴったり。
何年たっても、たまに聞きたくなる一枚です。
一番初めの曲、「悲しいうわさ」はつい口ずさんでしまいます。

彼女のアルバムの中では、曲のレベルのバラツキが少なく、完成度が一番高いと思っています。アップテンポ好みなので、お勧めは１、３、９、１０、スローでもいいのが２、といったところ。歌詞カードの写真もアンニュイでいいなあ・・・。唯一勘弁して欲しいのは、６の男性のバックVo。こういうの、全盛時の森高千里でもあったけど、男性ファンには最悪。ファルセットにするとか、何か工夫があればまだしも、上手くもないのに地声でユニゾンやってるなんて、信じられない（金返せ、と叫びたくなる・・）。そんなわけで、残念ながら６はとてもいい曲ですが後半飛ばしてます。

他の東子さんのアルバムに比べてこれは彼女の歌がとても下手。風邪引いてるときに録音したのだろうか。ケンカ、宝物はシングルバージョンの方が断然奇麗です。音も声質も。
