■ 【性犯罪被害者と刑事（婦警）との往復書簡】
著者は、神奈川県警の性犯罪捜査係に任命され「性
犯罪被害110番」（045-681-0110)を担当。着任早々
の著者の葛藤も含め、被害者とのやり取り・心のケ
アー・立ち直りを往復書簡としてまとめたものです。（捜
査係創設間もない、1996年4月に川崎市北部住宅地
で二人の男が起こした連続性犯罪（強盗含む）です。
往復書簡の女性は、その中のある被害者です。）


■ 【最高刑で懲役20年の判決】
本犯罪は、96年4月に発生、捜査の結果逮捕され、同
年12月には懲役20年の判決が言い渡されておりま
す。（可能な最高刑という。何と軽いのでしょうか？）本
書の被害者とは別のケースですが、加害者達は、
『オートロック式のマンション』が逆に密室になる危険性
が詳細に語られております。（小生が、建築関係の仕
事をしている為か、気になりました。勿論、従来も聞い
てはおりましたが、ここまで酷いとは！要注意事項。）


■ 【文章が明る過ぎない？】
被害者の肉体的、心的ダメージでは、悲しいかな、後
者の方が大きのだが、10回の往復書簡を通して、最初
は繕えるとは思われなかった傷も、次第に、穏やかに
癒されていく様子が伺えました。しかしながらです、相
互の文体が美しく、著書名の『御直披』でもそうです
が、一部の小説家なら使用するであろう美し過ぎる語
句があちこちにあり、若干違和感を憶えました。


■ 【ケアーマネージャーは、必須】
警察は、犯人を捜すべく被害者の調書作りから始めま
す。性犯罪被害者は、精神的なダメージを無限大に受
けており、ケアマネージャーを必要としております。刑
事（婦警）である著者は、警察という組織と言えども性
犯罪被害者に対する、『ケアマネージャー』が必須であ
ることを身をもって表現してくれております。
