正観さんが言うには、人間には素晴らしいシステムがあるそうです。

痛みを喜びとして肯定して、幸せなものにしてしまうと、痛いはずのものも痛くなくなってしまう。

バカとかアホとか言われても、自分で「バカとかアホとか言われると元気になるのよね」と暗示をかけると、本当にそうなるそうです。

食べ物にしても、「防腐剤入りでも添加物入りでも着色料つきでも、全部栄養になるから平気」と言って食べる人間は、全部エネルギーにしている可能性があるといいます。

これは、ものすごく楽しいことです。

僕は、最近、日差しが強かったので、紫外線をバリバリ浴びてました。
けれど、バテませんでした。
「紫外線を浴びれば浴びるほど元気になる」と暗示を唱えてました（笑）。

この暗示がどれほど効果があるかは知りませんが、言っているほうが楽しいのです。

洗い物していても、楽しい、楽しいと口に出してしていると、いつの間にか楽しく終わっています。
楽しいです。

手帳を活用したりする目標設定型の成功法則がそろそろ「不自然」と気がついた方にお薦めします。
健康についても、とらわれた思いで自然食などしている方にもお薦めです。
宇宙の法則を理屈抜きで語っています。そこがまた理にかなっています。
この本は「自然」に老子の無為の境地にまで導いてくれそうです。

　私は、現在、乳癌の手術が済み、抗癌剤の治療中です。
　どこにも転移していなかったので、自分で言うのもなんですが、悲観的にならずに、人生を楽しもうと思ってるのですが、世の中の人は主人を含め、「癌」と聞いただけでショックを受け、気力を失くす人が多いので、そういう方に読んで、笑ったり、感謝したりする心を取り戻して欲しいと思います。
　ちなみに、この本は母が送ってくれました^^　出会えて、良かったです^^
