姫井 由美子
1959年(昭和34年)2月14日岡山市生まれ。昭和52年岡山県立操山高校卒業後、岡山大学法文学部第2部へ入学し、1984年(昭和59年)岡山大学大学院法学研究科修了。1982年(昭和57年)、司法書士試験に合格し、亡父のあとを継いで司法書士・行政書士事務所を開業。1988年(昭和63年)岡山県青年司法書士協議会会長。1990年(平成2年)よりリサイクル活動を始め、岡山市ごみ減量化・資源化研究会委員や岡山市リサイクルフェアの実行委員を務める。1991年(平成3年)、(社)岡山青年会議所に入会し、理事、常任理事の後、1997年には(社)日本青年会議所でNPO法の推進に関わる。また、1997・1998年には、全国青年司法書士協議会副会長。1999年4月、岡山県議会議員に初当選、2003年4月、2期目再当選。2006年12月、参議院選挙に出馬表明し、2007年1月、民主党岡山参議院第2総支部長に就任。2007年7月、参議院議員に初当選を果たす。選挙戦では「姫の虎退治」というキャッチフレーズで注目された。夫、長男、長女の4人家族。趣味はボランティアとダイビングによる海底清掃。特技は居合道3段(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

昨年の選挙で、虎退治をやった姫。
あなたが今しなければならないのは、本を書くことでもなく、サイン会を開くことでもなく
ましてや本にキスマークをつけることでもありません。
あなたは誰の期待を背負って国会にいるのか、忘れていませんか？
「不倫も今となっては良い思い出」と、軽く言ってますが、その行為であなたの周辺は
誰も苦しまなかったのでしょうか？
長く古い自民党政治に嫌気がさして、岡山県民は疲弊し、あなたに希望を託しました。
あなたは、あなた自身の力でその場にいるのではありません。
まず、こんなクソッタレな本を書く暇があったら、岡山県民に謝罪しなさい。

落ち目の女芸人や女優の暴露本ならともかく、これで国会議員ですか・・・
プレス向けのサイン会のFAX広報もグラビア級に惨かった。
投票してくれるマニアがいるといいですね。

民主党が出版をとめられなかったのか謎。姫ブッチしちゃった？

1月売りのサイゾーに金スマとこの本の出版で姫のイメージ挽回云々とあったけど、
挽回できてるのでせうか？

こんなやつが選ばれるくらい有権者の目は腐ってることを端的に表した本。
国民はもっと政治に興味をもつべきだし、
教育ももっと政治教育しなきゃ。
形だけの議会制民主主義じゃあ駄目だよ。マスコミが作り上げる「世論」とやらにたくさんの大衆がだまされ、ノリや雰囲気、なんとなくでこんなアホタレやゴルフパパや、ファイヤーが選ばれる。
そういうのは民主主義じゃなくて、噂話で議員がきまるただの大衆政治。
日教組がいるからまぁ無理だと思うけど、
教育からもっと将来有権者になるやつの目を肥やさなきゃ、
いつまでたってもこういうやつが選ばれるよ。
有権者の半分以上が小学生の視点で投票してんだから。
でもこういうやつがいるってのが公になったのはいいことだ。
