結論から言うと、本書は女の子の声に憧れて自分の声をどうにかしたいと思っている方には、かなり不向きな内容となっています。
本気で自分の声を変えたい、もしくは女の子みたいな声になってみたいと考えている方は、今すぐ商品検索欄に「ボイストレーニング」と入力して、その中から自分に合っている本を見つけて下さい。

本書の何が駄目なのか簡潔にいうと「内容が浅くて、わかりにくい」のです。
例えば発声において最も重要な腹式呼吸についての説明がとても雑で、具体的なトレーニング方法も書かれていないので、本書だけで腹式呼吸がどんなものなのか理解できる人はほとんどいないと思います。

また本書に記載されている練習内容は女性声を出すために特化されたものではなく、一般的な教本では最初の10ページで紹介されている基礎の基礎であり、
本書はそれを無理やり10倍に薄めてページ数を稼いでいるような印象をうけました。
どうせなら一時期流行った萌える○○本みたいに、女装好きの男の子が女の子の声を手に入れるまでの物語の中にトレーニングを挿入する形にでもすればよかったと思います。

そして致命的なのが付属のCDです。
作者の七ノ瀬氏自身が講師となってレッスンしてくれるのですが、七ノ瀬氏の声がそのへんにいる兄ちゃんと大差のない、張りもなく「や、ゆ、よ」といった半母音の聞き取りにくい、俗にいう滑舌の悪い声なのはどうかと思いましたし、
加えて、七ノ瀬氏自身が女の子の声を出さないのは、いかがなものかと思いました。
とりあえず、まずはお前がボイストレーニングを受けろと、作者自身にレッスンをすすめたくなる画期的な一冊です。

そんな中、唯一輝いているのがゲストとして参加されているvip店長さんの演技です。
とても男性の声とは思えない凛として透き通った声は、とても聞き取りやすく、何より美しいです。
この方がCDの講師を担当していれば、それだけで本書に対する評価も違ったものになったかもしれません。

内容が薄いです。本の内容はほとんどが歌う前の予備知識、アドバイスみたいなのだったりします。で、肝心の女声の説明はというとたった数ページ…。
その内容ももう少し具体的かつボリュームを増やして欲しかったです。CDのVIP店長はすごいんですけどその出番もわずかです…。

女声を出したいと思い購入しましたが、少々内容が手薄に感じます。

ボイストレーニングの基本的な内容が主で、肝心の女声の出し方を
解説しているのは４ページだけです。

CDについても、著者自身の解説がなんだか聴き心地のよい声ではなく、
発声例についても、へんなフィルタを通してエコーのかかったような、
微妙に聞き取りづらいものが目立ちました。
すべて生の声で聞かせてくれないと…。
あと他の方も書いてますが、著者自身の女声が聞けないのはかなりの
マイナスです。

しかしまぁ、ポイントだけまとまっていて比較的安価ですので、
声楽について初心者の方や、あまり難しいことは勉強したくないという方には、
とりあえずとしていいのかと思います。

"声"について本気度の高い人、志の高い人にはあまりお勧めしません。
