「大阪名物」、タイトルまんまの本。
いろいろな大阪名物が紹介されている。
たまたまテレビで紹介されているのを見て、速攻で購入。
いやもう、面白いのなんの。
常日頃、「大阪名物？　思い当たらんなあ」と言っていたのに、ページをめくると、
「あ、これ知ってる」「これこれ」というような大阪名物がぞくぞく。
読んでいて、こんなに楽しくなる本も久しぶりだなあ。
紹介されている名物を見るだけでも楽しいし、お店も紹介されているので、もちろん購入も可能。
楽しい本でした。おすすめです。ほんとに本気で。

先日、関西ローカルの夕方の情報番組『情報ライブ・ミヤネ屋』（よみうりテレビ）で紹介され、本書を購入。
なにわの伝統飴野菜野菜飴、栗むし羊羹など美味しそう。
なにわの伝統飴野菜がとても可愛らしい。
野菜の絞り汁を飴に生かしている。一度食べてみたい。
メジャーな商品ではなく、埋もれた中に名品・絶品がある、という印象。丹念な取材から作り手の心意気が伝わる、「ええもんあるで、大阪」を感じさせてくれる一冊。
