この２枚組のアルバムを聞くと、ポールのウイングス時代、ソロ活動の足跡が分かる。Disc１はヒット曲、Disc２はポールお気に入りの名曲を収録しています。Disc１のほうは何度もベストが出ているので新鮮味が薄いけど、Disc２のほうは改めて聞いてみると、新鮮で、もう一度かこのアルバムを聞きなおしてみたくなります。（実際、このアルバムを聞いた後、ソロ時代、ウイングス時代のアルバムを聞きなおしてしまった。）改めて聞いてみると、やはりポール･マッカートニーはすばらしいメロディメーカーだと認識されられました。疲れないで聞けるので、是非ポールの世界の入門編として、楽しんでください。
