「色んな調味料を揃えなくていいのか〜ラクチンでいいな」それが、購入した理由でした。（装丁もシンプルでおしゃれなので部屋に置いておいてもいいかな…と）
自称「お料理上手」なのでレシピ本は多数持ってますが、最近は小学生の娘と台所に立つ事も多く、なるべくシンプルな手順で美味しい料理に挑戦したいと思ってました。
正直、この本には手の込んだお料理はありません。でも、とにかく簡単で美味しいのです。本当に（しつこいですが）塩だけで味付し、それぞれにメインの材料となる素材の味を十分に引き立てるレシピになってます。変わった素材（もちろん調味料も）は出てきません。でも、目からウロコの美味しさなのです。小学生の娘のお気に入りレシピは「蛸とネギのチャーハン」です。もちろん塩だけで調味しますが、蛸とネギの旨みを塩が引き出して、これが絶妙の美味しさです！我が家の食卓にもう３回ほど登場してます。私のお気に入りは塩豚料理となんといっても「塩ヨーグルト」です！ヨーグルトに塩！？と最初はびっくりしましたがこれが驚きの美味しさで我が家の朝の定番です。パパのダイエットにも役立って（いるような気がし）マス…
レシピ本は沢山持っているけど最近なんだかマンネリ化している、子供と一緒に美味しい料理を作りたい、というような方にもお勧めします。「塩だけで本当に美味しいのかしら」と思っている方、目からウロコが落ちますよ！基本的な調味料でいつもの素材を調理して、新鮮な美味しさをぜひ味わってみて下さい。
