　この本はすごい。
写真で解説してあり、しかも技のポイントが簡潔にまとめられていている。
剣道の技術書の中では一番わかりやすかった。
　ただし、内容は初段から３段くらいの初級者が対象。
私は初段ですが、おそらく４段以上の中級・上級者には易しすぎる内容だと思います。ただし、初級者は絶対買い！

この本は初心者から上級者まで使える本当にわかりやすい本だと思います。
これまでの剣道の本は、技術といっても大きく打つ方法しか書かれていませんでしたが、小さく早く打つ方法や、攻め方なども書かれていてとても参考になります。
また、「試合に勝つための１５のポイント」は毎日読み返して頭に入れています。なるほど、と思うことがズバリ書かれていてお勧めです！！
面をつける前の基本や、いろいろな切返しの方法なども載っていて、とても役立つ本ですよ。

中学校の先生で剣道経験なんて一度もないのに剣道部の顧問になった時、
頼れる道場もなく先生も周りにいらっしゃらなくて不安いっぱい。
そんな時、写真が多く解説が細かいこの本はとても役に立ってくれます。
足さばき、竹刀の持ち方、基本の打ち方・・・順を追ってわかりやすく説明してあります。
せっかく剣道部があるのに生徒も顧問も何もわからない・・・では前に進みません。
頭を抱えずこの本を開いてみましょう。大活躍します。
あくまでも中学生部活動向き！剣道入門書です。中学生に人気あります。
